一、粉煤灰用量对内外墙腻子粉性能的影响:随着粉煤灰用量增加,腻子粘结强度逐渐降低;当粉煤灰用量达30%以上时,强度降低相对较快。另外,随着粉煤灰用量增大,腻子施工性能有所改善。综合考虑,粉煤灰用量可控制在20%~30%范围内。

三、乳胶粉对内外墙腻子粉性能的影响:随着乳胶粉用量的增加,腻子粘结强度逐步增大;乳胶粉用量在2.5%以下,腻子粘结强度随乳胶粉用量增加较明显;乳胶粉用量在2.5%以上,腻子粘结强度随乳胶粉用量增加的幅度较小。由于随着乳胶粉用量的增加,腻子的成本增大,并有导致施工性变差的可能,因而乳胶粉的用量在2.5%~3.5%范围内较佳。
